Fathom highly commended at Digital DNA Awards 2019

Fathom was shortlisted for two awards at this year’s Digital DNA Awards, hosted at St Anne’s Square on 28.03.2019. Almost 500 people were in attendance from companies across the NI tech industry.

Team Fathom was represented on the night by CEO and Founder Gareth, who joined up with our friends at Neueda (big thanks for your hospitality!).

We were delighted to be shortlisted for the Best Small Tech Company award. In the past year, we have seen growth across our team, as well as across the calibre and diversity of our clients. We have developed our service offering to include end–to–end service design projects, and have continued to engage with our local industry through speaking gigs, thought leadership and charity events.

The Fathom team was delighted to be recognised as the ‘highly commended’ runner–up in the category, with cycling safety innovators See Sense being the well–deserved winners on the night.

Fathom was also nominated for the Deal of the Year award for our partnership with UX Design Institute. Our two–day UX Foundation course has continued to grow in popularity and we now deliver up to five public and in–house courses each month across the world, from Belfast to Bangalore.

The competition in this category was strong: Dawson Andrews, Decision Time, Whitespace and David Henderson Design were all up for contention alongside Fathom. Unfortunately, we did not take home a prize in this category but big congratulations to winners Whitespace and ‘highly commended‘ Decision Time on their success.

We’d like to show our appreciation to the Digital DNA team for their work in shining a spotlight on the amazing talent our local tech scene has to offer, and for organising a smashing night out. It’s great for the digital industry here in NI and we look forward to next year’s event.
